About Dr Ruth Passchier

Dr. Ruth Passchier is an internationally trained General Practitioner with extensive global clinical and academic experience.

She earned her medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and holds two master's degrees, including a postgraduate degree from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, where she currently serves as an academic distance tutor.

Dr. Passchier’s global career is highlighted by substantial medical practice and research in major international healthcare hubs, practicing in South Africa, London and the United States. Her diverse clinical background spans specialized fields including family medicine, psychiatry, neurosurgery, internal medicine, and advanced neurogenetic research conducted in collaboration with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Having successfully run her own private practice in Cape Town, she brings her comprehensive experience and training to deliver world-class family medicine in Dubai. Her current practice is anchored in evidence-based medicine and incorporates Longevity Medicine, supported by advanced postgraduate courses and certification.
